The “electoral engines” have been switched on, the Nationalist Party announced as it communicated new posts within its structures.

Brian St John has been appointed as the chief of its corporate and business strategy, having already been serving as CEO of Media.Link Communications, party’s commercial arm.

Gearing up for the general elections – scheduled for 2018 – the PN has already appointed former Times of Malta news editor as its campaign manager.

Secretary general Rosette Thake will be handling the operations of the PN media structures. Thake is also the chairperson of the board of directions of Media.Link Communications.

In a statement, the PN quoted its leader as saying that the party “is taking these elections seriously”.

“The PN has switched on its electoral engines to offer Maltese citizens a clean government that serves the public,” Busuttil said.
