Accused of impersonating delivery man and taking money
Gaetan Gatt, 39 from Marsa pleaded not guilty to the charge of acting as a delivery man, receiving money for goods and never delivering.

Gatt was charged before Magistrate Anthony Mizzi for the misappropriation of €2,329.37.
He was also charged of having committed a crime under a suspended sentence by the Magistrate’s Court.
Gatt was granted bail in light of the fact that the prosecution did not oppose the request especially in view of the accused's family and children.
He was granted bail against a personal guarantee of €5000.
