Third emergency landing by French jet fighters

Yet another two French Air Force jet fighters have landed at Malta International Airport. It's the third time that FAF Mirage F1s land at MIA after running short of fuel and performing an emergency landing.

The fighters are involved in no-fly zone enforcement operations over Libya. On 20 April, two fighters made an emergency landing to refuel in Malta.
