MSJA delegation for Brussels EU venture

Malta Sports Journalists’ Association President, Charles Camenzuli will be head of delegation as together with three member journalists Christopher Cassar, Paul Grech and Joanna Camilleri will be in Brussels to get on-site information on how the European Union is tackling sport related matters.

The visit is hosted by MEP Therese Comodini Cachia who met the delegation and discuss the final programme .

The delegation will meet Mr.Tibor Navracsics – European Commissioner for Sport, Maarten Haijer from the European Gaming and Betting Association, Paulina Tomczyk representative of the European Elite Athletes Association, Bogdan Wenta former international handball player and coach who is part of the CULT Committee as well as Mr.Yves le Lostecque who is head of the Sports Unit at the European Commission.

The MSJA delegation is also invited for the ‘ Sports For All ‘ Seminar which will deal on the European Legat framework on sports, third party property rights on players as well as matters relative to the fight against violence in sports.
