Artist Philippa Bianchi painting Gonzi’s portrait

Portrait artist Philippa Bianchi has been commissioned to paint the portrait of former prime minister Lawrence Gonzi.

It is customary for the portraits of all prime ministers to be hung up at Castille once their successor takes over.

Gonzi’s portrait is currently being painted at Villa Francia.
