Elderly man grievously injured after being hit by motorcycle

The victim was taken to hospital where he was later certified as having sustained grievous injuries

On Monday morning in Msida's Rue D'Argens, an 88-year-old man was struck by a motorbike and suffered grievous injuries.

The collision, according to the police, occurred at around 10:00am.

A 33-year-old man was driving the motorbike at the time of the accident.

Police investigations are still underway.
