Attention drivers: Il-pont ta’ Bugibba to be closed as resurfacing works continue

Parts of the area of Il-Pont ta’ Bugibba will be closed on the evenings until Thursday, as the next phase of resurfacing works continue

The project is a €3.5 million investment to improve the roads in Bugibba and Qawra

Transport Malta will be closing the area known as Il-Pont ta’ Bugibba, direction to Triq it-Truncieri during the evenings this week in order to undertake the next phase of the resurfacing of the Bugibba promenade.

Maintenance and asphalting works will continue in this area in phases at night, between 10:00pm and 8:00am, starting tonight and continuing until Thursday.

This project is a €3.5 million investment to improve the roads in Bugibba and Qawra.

Drivers are advised to seek alternative routes and follow instructions by officials on site.
