Fisher-Price voluntary recall

Tradeways Limited, local distributor of Mattel Inc. in collaboration with the Malta Standards Authority, has announced a voluntary recall on specific Fisher-Price products. These include Fisher-Price Trikes, Healthy Care High Chairs and specific infant toys that have inflatable balls. 

Customers are being informed that only the products listed have been sold in Malta and therefore these are the only ones affected by the voluntary recall.

Hazard: A child can strike, sit or fall on the protruding plastic ignition key, which can result in injury.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately place the specific trikes out of children’s reach and contact.

Hazard: Children, passing behind the high chair, can fall on or against the pegs on the rear legs of the high chair, which can result in injuries or lacerations. The pegs are used for high chair tray storage.

Remedy: Consumers should stop using the specific High Chairs immediately and contact Tradeways Limited.
