Crane accident leaves man seriously injured

A 54-year-old man who resides in Hal Luqa has been seriously injured by an iron bar while working on a crane on Thursday. 

The incident happened in Testaferrata street in Ta’ Xbiex. 

An ambulance was called on site and the man was later certified as suffering from serious injuries. 

Police investigations are ongoing.
