Georgian minister under attack by Russian media over 'sexy' photograph
A photograph published in the Russian tabloid Komsomolskaya Pravda showing the new Georgian minister foreconomy Vera Kobalia in a sexy pose, is causing embarrassment for President Mikheil Saakashvili.
Russian media, most of them controlled by the government have spun the news in a bid to ridicule the former soviet state branding as “stripper” the Georgian minister.
The 28 year old minister has defended herself saying, “I don’t see why our opposition is so keen in attacking me and our government over a photograph that was taken of me of my times during high school.”
