Meet the Michelles

Michelle Muscat, wife of Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, attended a luncheon hosted by First Lady Michelle Obama, US President Barack Obama's wife.

The luncheon was held at the Studio Museum in Harlem.

Obama said that having this meeting in Harlem was done to highlight the importance of such a place in American history.

Muscat donned a silk dress by Maltese designers Charles & Ron, featuring the Maltese eight pointed cross, while Obama wore a dress by New York designer Carolina Herrera.
