Store in Balzan robbed by armed man

A robbery occurred in Balzan on Sunday evening, when an armed man wearing a hoodie allegedly stole cash from a store and fled.

The robbery occurred at 9.10pm in Valley Road. A 44-year-old Birkirkara was in the store during the time the theft happened.

No one was injured.

An investigation is ongoing.
